Ideal for single people or single parents , widow and widowers who want to ensure their loved ones, relatives and friends are taken care of if they passed away and their final wishes with regards to the distribution of their estate are overseen in an efficient manner.

If additional types of Trust's are required, such as "Lifetime" or "Property" Trusts, perhaps to include the placement of a specific property, we are also able to discuss and make arrangements for those to be created.
We believe in no hidden surprises, no extra fees or "small print" so we decided to include FREE amendments to all of our Wills for life. We also send all clients Certified copies of all documents for your own peace of mind.

In England and Wales there are two types of PoA. One could manage property and financial affairs and the other could manage your health and welfare. Both are Lasting Powers of Attorney. These powers enable the Attorney to make decisions regarding your welfare, health, financials and property in the event of you perhaps becoming unable to make such decisions due to a deterioration in your own health or mobility. Multiple PoA's always attract a discount.
