The initial interview can take as long as is necessary - we do not allocate a specific amount of time to this as every client is different.  The interview enables our Consultant to obtain, confidentially, the information required in order to compile your Draft document(s).

Zoom/video calls are also available if you prefer (more suitable if more than one party is involved)

Following the interview (and within 48-72 hours), you will receive an invoice from us directly for the service/package chosen. 

Once this has been processed by you, your documents will be released for approval or amendment. They are sent via a secure link which is password protected to create extra security for you. 

We also provide a "Commentary" document which helps summarise all of the content for you as well to ensure it is a true account of the discussion held.  

There is no time limit on the approval process, this can be as quick or timely as you choose.

You may be happy immediately or you may require several drafts prior to approving the content in its entirety.

Once your approval has been granted, your document(s) are printed on the appropriate paper and posted to you.  

Upon receipt, you will need to sign and arrange for witnesses to be present, as per the instructions sent to you.  You then simply return the document(s) to us in the prepaid envelope provided.

Upon receipt of your signed/witnessed document(s), we will provide Certified Copies of the document in question and send these back to you for your own peace of mind and management and/or distribution.  

Your original document, containing the "wet signature" can be placed within our water and fire resistant storage facility.
